On August 22, the neighboring unit at our Fulfillment Center caught fire, which resulted in our unit sustaining heavy smoke damage. A crew is now actively working to clean our unit, but we are not allowed back in until Thursday. Most of our inventory will have to be replaced, so we will be working around the clock to catch up on orders.
We will also be auditing existing shipments to find any problems that may exist as a result of carrier delays or negligence. If you receive a notification saying your shipment has been cancelled, this means we found a problem and are working to resend your order. All orders will be packaged and shipped as originally placed. We cannot guarantee adjustments to finalized orders.
Slumerican is not responsible for unfortunate events such as misplaced, stolen, or lost packages. This is the responsibility of USPS. However, we will make an effort to assist customers in these situations.
USPS Claims may take up to 3 weeks to process. Once USPS responds to your claim, we will be able to take further action to resolve issues.
Orders are shipped to the address provided in the order. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of this information. Slumerican is not responsible for packages being shipped to mistyped or incorrect addresses.
Any packages returned by the carrier will be communicated to the customer for verification. Customers must respond within 48 hours, or the order will be cancelled.
Most orders will ship out within 7-10 business days of ordering. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Slumerican cannot be held accountable for circumstances beyond our control such as severe weather or service interruptions.

(INTERNATIONAL) Duties and Taxes are determined by the customs agency within a country. If Duties and Taxes are owed, they will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Any questions may be answered by your local customs agency.
(INTERNATIONAL) International shipping dates vary by location. However, orders are generally received within 7-14 business days. Any delays or interruptions are the responsibility of the carrier once packages are in their possession.
