All returns/exchanges submissions must be made via email to support@slumerican.com

No returns/exchanges accepted on vintage items. All sales are final.

No returns/exchanges accepted on clearance items. All sales are final.

We will process exchanges on defective items or items shipped by our facility incorrectly (wrong item, wrong size, etc.).  We must be notified within 7 business days of receipt if an incorrect item is received so that we can rectify the issue.  Additional policies still apply.

If an item was ordered incorrectly by the customer and an exchange or return is requested, we will review and do our best to accommodate per additional policies and product availability.  A refund or exchange must be requested within 7 business days of receipt.

If an item is damaged in transit by USPS (our non-preferred carrier), the customer will be responsible for contacting USPS directly to file a claim for compensation of damages.

If an item is damaged in transit by UPS or DHL, please contact us so that we can assist with compensation for the damaged goods.

All items must have original tags and be unworn/unwashed.

Returns/exchanges on certain products (ie. socks, flasks and briefs) must be unopened and in original packaging.

If a product in your order is out of stock, you will receive a refund for that item.

(Domestic Orders Only) You will be provided with a return label via email for returns and exchanges. We will not reimburse you for any postage paid outside of that return label.

(International Orders Only) We cannot provide labels for returns or exchanges. This cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please allow 6-8 business days from the time you send in your return/exchange to be processed.

Gift Cards are non-refundable.

Store credits are issued via the email associated with your order.

We do not accept returns for Slumerican products not purchased directly through our website for any reason.
